Shine S.This high-intensity heavy bag workout combines punches, kicks, footwork and offensive and defensive movements to deliver an event full of explosive power. Train with bags to enhance your reaction time, athleticism and agility. REQUIRED: All participants must bring their own hand wraps or quick wraps to wear with our studio gloves. While not required, we also suggest bringing your own personal gloves. (Wraps can be purchased at sporting goods stores or online, e.g. Amazon).
