What to Expect

Low-impact, high-precision movements using controlled repetitions, pulses, and isometric holds. Instructors lead you through sequences that emphasize posture, breath control, and core activation.

Member Feedback

Mat Pilates looks simple from the outside, but it targets muscles you didn't know you had. The burn in your core and glutes is real, but it has completely fixed my posture and lower back tightness.

Pro Tip

Bring a thick fitness mat for cushioning. Wear form-fitting, stretchy athletic clothing so the instructor can check your alignment. Grippy socks or bare feet are ideal.
