This is a recovery class combining active stretching sequences with foam rolling techniques to release muscle knots.

What to Expect

You will perform deep muscle stretches followed by self-massage drills using foam rollers and lacrosse balls.

Member Feedback

The foam rolling is tender but it completely relieves the tightness in my calves and upper back.

Pro Tip

Roll slowly over target muscles and pause on tight spots for twenty seconds while breathing deeply.
