Challenge yourself with strength training and cardio that can improve your agility, speed and footwork. REQUIRED: All participants must bring their own hand wraps or quick wraps to wear with our studio gloves. While not required, we also suggest bringing your own personal gloves. (Wraps can be purchased at sporting goods stores or online, e.g. Amazon).
