Antonia L.A mix of boxing and strength training? Count us in! Build power, stability and muscle strength in this knockout event. REQUIRED: All participants must bring their own hand wraps or quick wraps to wear with our studio gloves. While not required, we also suggest bringing your own personal gloves. (Wraps can be purchased at sporting goods stores or online, e.g. Amazon).
