Trevine W.COMMIT Sculpt is a full-body strength experience that blends resistance training, rhythm, and movement into one high-energy format. This class uses a mix of dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight through isolation and compound movements choreographed to the beat of the music. Cardio bursts elevate the heart rate, while each track targets a different muscle group to support balanced strength, mobility, and recovery.
