This is a fusion workout combining high-energy dance cardio intervals with light resistance training blocks.

What to Expect

You will dance to Latin rhythms for several tracks, then grab hand weights for targeted strength intervals.

Pro Tip

Keep a pair of light dumbbells near your spot on the floor so they are ready for the lifting tracks.
