FOCO is built exclusively for group fitness class synchronization, workout squad coordination, and athletic motivation. Our platform provides a high-energy space where participants can catch the beat, lock their focus, and sweat alongside workout partners. To protect this environment, all communications and features are strictly reserved for athletic coordination. Unsolicited personal, commercial, or non-fitness outreach is prohibited.
1. Acceptance of Agreement
By accessing, browsing, creating an account, or using the FOCO application located at getfoco.app (“Service” or “Platform”), operated by genericService and its affiliates (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you (“User” or “you”) agree to be legally bound by this End User License Agreement and Terms of Service (“EULA”). If you do not agree to all terms contained herein, you must immediately cease using the Service.
2. Athletic Focus & Dedicated Conduct
FOCO provides tools to help group fitness enthusiasts discover class schedules, coordinate workout lineups, and form mutual Squad Syncs. All user communications, profile loadouts, and squad interactions must remain consistent with group athletic participation and fitness motivation.
3. Community Standards & Non-Solicitation Policy
To maintain a supportive, focused, and respectful atmosphere across all studio lineups, Users agree strictly to abide by the following conduct rules:
- No Unsolicited Personal or Commercial Solicitations: Messaging features, profile loadouts, and Squad Syncs may not be used to transmit unsolicited commercial offers, personal solicitations, or uninvited advances.
- Zero Tolerance for Harassment: Any form of intimidation, aggressive behavior, unwanted persistence, or inappropriate language will result in immediate and permanent account revocation.
- No Unauthorized Lineup Tracking: Attendee lists and class schedules are provided solely for squad class coordination. Using lineup information to track or monitor individuals without explicit mutual consent is forbidden.
- Authentic Identity Standards: Creating deceptive accounts or misrepresenting identity compromises community trust and is strictly prohibited.
4. Absolute Autonomy & Ghost Mode Armor
FOCO is engineered around absolute, trauma-informed consent. Every participant retains complete control over how they are perceived by others. Ghost Mode serves as privacy armor, enabling Users to exist inside high-energy lineup feeds and benefit from crowd momentum while remaining unperceived in public attendee rosters (via Anonymous Volume). FOCO will never enforce public visibility.
5. Assumption of Risk & Studio Disclaimer
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS AND YOUR ATTENDANCE AT THIRD-PARTY FITNESS FACILITIES.
- FOCO is an independent group fitness social platform and does not officially handle gym reservations or background checks.
- Users assume 100% of all risk associated with attending third-party fitness studios, coordinating workout times, or meeting squad members in public locations.
- You agree to exercise standard personal safety precautions when attending fitness facilities or communicating with workout partners.
6. Limitation of Liability & Complete Indemnification
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FOCO, GENERACSERVICE, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND FOUNDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, ATTENDANCE AT FITNESS CLASSES, OR COMMUNICATIONS WITH OTHER USERS.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FOCO and genericService from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or legal fees arising from your breach of this EULA or misuse of the Service.
