This is an active yoga practice that incorporates hand weights and cardio bursts to tone muscles and boost metabolism.

What to Expect

You will move through yoga flows while holding dumbbells, adding bicep curls, squats, and push-ups to the sequence.

Member Feedback

The addition of weights makes it much more challenging than standard yoga and the playlist is very motivating.

Pro Tip

Grab a pair of three-pound or five-pound dumbbells, and drop them if your shoulders fatigue.
