This is a water resistance workout that builds strength and aerobic fitness while minimizing impact on joints.

What to Expect

You will perform water jogging, jumping jacks, and arm sweeps in the pool using foam dumbbells and kickboards.

Member Feedback

The water resistance is challenging but it is very gentle on my knees after years of running.

Pro Tip

Wear water shoes to prevent slipping on the pool floor and stay secure during fast movements.
