This is a high-intensity interval training workout on an indoor bike designed to burn calories and build cardiovascular power.

What to Expect

You will experience short, maximum-effort sprints followed by active recovery periods using heavy wheel resistance.

The workout is very intense but it is over in thirty minutes, which fits my busy schedule perfectly.

Pro Tip

Be prepared to stand up and pedal with high resistance during the heavy sprint tracks.
