Time
Mondays · 12:30 AM – 1:20 AM MST

Instructor
Julie EllingsonA high-energy, music-driven fusion class blending the precise, muscle-toning techniques of ballet barre with the core work of Pilates and the active flow of yoga. It builds muscular endurance through low-impact, high-intensity movements.
What to Expect
Isometric holds, micro-movements, and high repetitions targeting the lower body, core, and arms. Unlike traditional barre, Upbeat Barre is fully choreographed to popular, fast-paced music for a sweaty, rhythmic workout.
Member Feedback
“Upbeat Barre is so much fun and completely different from slow, classical barre. The music is loud, and you're constantly moving to the beat. The muscle burn is real, but the atmosphere keeps you going.”
Pro Tip
Bring a fitness mat. Grippy socks or bare feet are recommended for foot stability on the floor. Grab a pair of light hand weights (1 to 3 pounds) and a resistance loop.
