This is an aquatic conditioning workout that utilizes water resistance to build muscular endurance and cardiovascular stamina.

What to Expect

You will perform jumping jacks, lunges, and core rotations in shallow pool water with water dumbbells.

It feels like a pool party but the resistance of the water makes my muscles burn in a good way.

Pro Tip

Submerge the foam dumbbells completely under the water to maximize the resistance during arm exercises.
