This is a split-format workout combining indoor cycling endurance with dedicated weight training on the floor.

What to Expect

You will cycle for thirty minutes to build cardio, then transition to dumbbells for twenty minutes of resistance.

Member Feedback

It is the best of both worlds, I get sweaty cardio and a great muscle pump in one class.

Pro Tip

Bring two towels: one for the cycle handlebars and one for your floor weight station.
