What to Expect

Exercises targeting major muscle groups using dumbbells, barbells, bands, or bodyweight resistance. Pacing is controlled, focusing on time under tension.

If you want structured lifting without having to plan it yourself, strength classes are perfect. The instructor keeps your form on point, and the group pace keeps you moving.
